OSNATRANS was founded in 1979 and since that time has retained the form of an independent, medium-sized enterprise.

In the beginnings we offered forwarding services to and from Italy (today we are one of the market leaders in our region for such services), over the years we have extended our range of services to various countries.

Over the next few years we supplemented our range with barcode-based forwarding services, which we now offer jointly with our joint venture partners CTL, ILN and SIM CARGO.

Since 1995 we have regular groupage and cargo traffic to Russia. Our partner in Moscow, Russia is OOO Osnatrans Vostok. Today we offer our customers solutions in forwarding and logistics throughout Europe and into the Asian part of Russia, including customs procedure.

In 2017 Sostmeier-Group took over our shares. Sostmeier and Osna-Trans have already been working together in different areas. Both companies are situated in Osnabrück and well known in the forwarding and logistics business with complementary competences.
